Specifications (bullet form)

• Cover leaf: 1/4" (7mm) aluminum diamond plate.
• Angle frame: 1/4" (7mm) aluminum raised curb style frame to be located over existing concrete opening. Units shall be installed to insure minimal water intrusion and/or odor resistance. Reinforced to withstand a 10 foot (3M) column of stationary water.
• Load rating: 625 lbs. psf (28kg. psm), Uniform live load.
• Locking System: aluminum locking lugs welded to the frame and to the cover to work in conjunction with owner supplied padlock.
• Cover equipped with the following Type 316 stainless steel features: heavy duty hinges, tamper proof attaching hardware, automatic hold open arm with aluminum latch.
• Stainless Steel pressure locks.
• Gasket: neoprene.
• Guarantee: Access covers shall carry a lifetime guarantee against defects in material and/or workmanship.

Specifications (paragraph form)

The F1R (single leaf) series access frames and covers as manufactured by Halliday Products, Inc. of Orlando, Florida shall have a 1/4" (7mm) thick, mill finish, aluminum frame designed for surface mounting. Door panel shall be 1/4" (7mm) aluminum diamond plate, reinforced to withstand a 10 foot (3m) column of stationary water, or approximately 625 lbs. psf. (28kg. psm) load rating, Uniform live load. The door shall incorporate a 90 degree return flange around the perimeter. Stainless steel pressure locks shall be provided to work in conjunction with a 1/4" (7mm) thick neoprene compression gasket, mounted to the under side of the door, to insure minimal water intrusion and/or odor resistance. Door shall open to 90 degrees and automatically lock with a T-316 stainless steel hold open arm with aluminum release handle. Hinges and all fastening hardware shall be T-316 stainless steel. Unit shall lock with pad lock lugs. Unit shall carry a lifetime guarantee against defects in material and/or workmanship.
